Delivery
- Delivery within Brisbane Metro area is calculated based on $10.00 freight charge direct from courier company.
- Deliveries requested outside of our service area, are subject to freight quote before release.
- Qld Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to quote on large or volumetric deliveries, where Freight costs exceed a reasonable amount
- Queensland Cleaning Supplies may choose to cancel the order and refund all money received.
- Delivery can be expected within 36 business hours from time of order, subject to the availability of stock.
Returns
- Returns are available within 7 days of purchase for standard products. Goods being returned are required to still be in a re-sale able condition ie: Packaging intact, item is unused etc.
- However, if goods were not available ex stock and were specially ordered in for your purchase, return is subject to manufacturer approval.
- If goods purchased are faulty, please contact us to arrange for the return of item for replacement. Email: [email protected] or call (07) 3868 3773.
- If you receive an item and it is not as described, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase. Once the item is received, we will assess the reason for return and credit if necessary.
- If we have sent you an incorrect item, contact us to arrange the exchange of the item.
