Returns are available within 7 days from date of purchase.
Goods will need to be in original condition, packaging and unused.
Proof of Payment such as a receipt or Tax Invoice is required for goods being returned.
As a distributor, all goods sold are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
If an item purchased is faulty, you will need to contact us within 7 days from date of supply.
The manufacturer will require the item to be returned and proof of purchase. We will liaise with the manufacturer (on your behalf) for a warranty replacement.
Please note that all returns under warranty will require approval by the manufacturer and is subject to their terms and conditions.
If approved by the manufacturer, your replacement product will be sent to us and we will contact you as soon as this arrives.

A variety of sizes are available within each range of products.
Chemicals can be available in either, 1L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 200L or 1000L as required.
Most equipment and janitorial supplies can be supplied in carton or pallet quantities.
In most cases, bulk sizes do offer a considerable saving, please call us to enquire.
